... frustration!!! ...

Aaarrrrrggghhhhh   frustation setting in!!!!  I rasa i nie dah habis penyabar orangnya.  My big boss tepon i kul 7 pagi tadi minta i buat reservation for him to stay at hotel X nie lah..So, i sampai ofis pagi tadi, call hotel X nie nak buat reservation.

1st call.  Dpt kat receptionist pass call ke Reservation Dept.(RD) tapi on hold for 15 minutes...

2nd call.  Receptionist ke  RD tapi on hold but then i went thru the voice message process.

After 20 minutes waiting for them to call back since dah tinggal pesanan kan...

3rd call.  Receptionist ke RD still on hold, waited another 20 minutes dok layan lagu ngantuk depa...

4th call.  Receptionist answered, calmy I ckp "I've called 3x, waited patiently for almost 40 minutes in total. Left message and yet no feedback!" so she said she'll put me tru ntah kat sapa.  Lepas put tru, masuk voice mail tapi bukan cam yg memula nye v.mail.  Ok fine, again i left message to return call.

Tunggu 30 minutes. No return call.

5th call.  Receptionist ke  RD on hold 25 minutes!!!!!

6th call.  Receptionist, slow and steady i cakap "Is there any way at all for me to speak to any of the RD personnel.  In total i was put on hold dah almost 2 hours.  I've been calling u dari pukul 9, now dah pukul 11.30 pagi and not once i dapat dengar suara-suara merdu your RD personnel..  My patience is running very very very thin and i am starting to feellll anger seething in me sensationally rite now ...  Kalo susah sangat, apa kata you put me tru to your Manager so that i boleh make room reservation or perhaps would you rather me go to your hotel, walk in and buat reservation personally at the front desk"  Receptionist took my details and said she will convey my detail to RD and they will call me to place my reservation soonest possible.  AND sampai lani i  dok tunggu call dari dorang....

This is an an established hotel ok, 5 star tu and yet they render us this kind of service!   Karang i jadik naomi cambell baling phone baru tau ... Kalo lah boss i tak minta hotel nie specifically, nak je i book tempat lain.  eeeeeeee gerammmmmmm... Astagfirullahallazimmmm.....  I am not tat easy kind of person that will lose my head tapi nie aiyaaaaaaa bikin hati panas je...Tapi i tetap akan cakap kat my big boss yang service this hotel sucks and knowing my big boss, dia sendiri akan sound kat frontdesk bila dia check in nanti :)

Oh..kalo korang tertanya-tanya tak kan i kira brapa minit..no, my phone nie ada screen yg tercatat brapa minit i engaged....Kalo uols kan, what would you do?  Ni dah kul 12.20.  Still waiting for them to call.

Ya Allah, u sabar okay, waited for 3 hours. Kalau I first call lagik I dah hampuk!
